Backtagging: Totally fine!
Threadhopping: Go for it; I like when people jump into a conversation. Just so long as it's not a clear one-on-one thread or locked in some way.
Fourthwalling: Might be a little hard to do since the game he comes from (Rebuild 3) is a little obscure. I'd prefer it be avoided unless you have a super good reason for your character to recognize Jesse as fictional.
Offensive subjects: As a personal preference, I prefer to avoid rape in RP. This includes plots containing or pertaining to it, conversation about it and the actual act. I won't avoid characters who have it in their history, but I would like to request it not be brought up with mine, either this one or any others I play in the future. Thank you for understanding! And if you have any concerns or questions about this matter, just ask! I am super approachable.

Hugging this character: Yes. He avoids touching people, but if your character surprised him or made it clear they don't mind he's dead, it'll work.
Kissing this character: Same as above.
Flirting with this character: Yes. He might flirt back too, but back off as soon as he realizes he's either being rude or the person is being serious. Since, you know, what kind of person flirts with a zombie?
Sex/relationship/shipping with this character: There's a LOT of hurdles here, but if it makes sense, sure. I'm not opposed to ERP threads, we just have to discuss things ahead of time.
Fighting with this character: Yes. He's used to throwing down and having a brawl, either with fists or guns.
Injuring this character: With proper clearance and no god-modding, yes.
Killing this character: No.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, so long as we discuss what they see in his head.
