He starts jogging down those steps. "Got the generators runnin' right now, but as you can see," he points upwards at those flickering lights, "it ain't all it could be right now. We gotta ration the gasoline we dump into 'em, so they're not optimal."

As they get further down, there are candles. The place seems cozier for it, with its orange glow casting a warm light on things. Plywood and tin are propped up here as well, but instead making shacks and lean-tos.
